In 2024, we strengthened our infrastructure with the addition of a 60,000-square-foot warehouse, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable growth.

Automated dosing ensures precise and uniform integration of ingredients such as syrups, powders, cereals, and fruits. Automated cutting guarantees perfect uniformity, while the addition of toppings allows safe incorporation of powders or chips, even in the presence of allergens.

Our multi-flavor and multi-format packaging line ensures impeccable presentation and optimal texture, while efficient cleaning systems maintain high food safety standards with minimal interruptions.

NUT-FREE AND PEANUT-FREE
The "nut-free, peanut-free" certification applies to all products manufactured in the facility and requires the highest quality standards.

All ingredients in the factory must contain no more than 20 ppm of gluten to meet the "gluten-free" certification requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our facility is certified nut-free and peanut-free. All the ingredients we purchase are certified nut-free and peanut-free by their respective suppliers. Additionally, these allergens are strictly prohibited throughout our entire facility. We are also required to undergo an annual third-party audit to maintain our nut-free and peanut-free status.
We use a cold-forming process to manufacture our cereal bars, protein bars, energy bars, and more. First, we bring the liquid ingredients of our formulation to a boil, then mix them with the dry ingredients. This mixture is then directed to our production line, where the bars are formed, cut, and packaged. This manufacturing process helps preserve the natural qualities of the ingredients in our bars, as well as their nutritional values.
